Quasi-hereditary algebras

Supervisor: Georgios Dalezios

Description

A quasi-hereditary finite dimensional algebra is given by a filtration of two-sided ideals satisfying certain properties. They form an important class of algebras with rich representation theory and connections to algebraic Lie theory. In many cases, proving that an algebra is quasi-hereditary requires studying combinatorial properties of quiver representations, as well as structural properties of the module category.
